I have used Pure Ducts Air Duct Cleaning two times now and have been totally satisfied with each experience. The first service was Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning. The second service was for Dryer Vent Cleaning. Both times, the service was performed 100% to my satisfaction. I live in a Condominium, and my Dryer Vent has to run a long distance to vent outside. They've cleaned air ducts for two of my houses. They never sent pictures of the before and after the first time I used them. Had to call twice and finally got them months later. I've called and asked a couple times for the second home and they claimed it was emailed. Still can't get any pictures after months. Seems a little odd they won't share the pictures with me.
