As an aging golfer I began to lose swing speed and consistency. I reached out to Joe Orbaczewski at Pure Drive Physio, discussed the issue, and shared the workout and stretching routines I had been using over the past few years. Joe evaluated me and gave me a convenient 25-30 minute supplemental daily program. He monitors my progress, provides encouragement and tweaks the program as warranted. Joe is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you know what sort of follow up to do for your injury/rehab. As a runner, I came in with ongoing lower back and hip pain - he listened to my problem and worked with me to do core strengthening exercises, dry needling (the best!) and mobility work. Highly recommend!

Joe did a great job evaluating my whole body and explained what I needed to work on. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. It was a positive experience i would highly recomend his business.

The decision to see Joe felt like a logical next step and with-in moments of our first session my gut feeling was I should ... read more

I was experiencing a sore and stiff shoulder and discomfort when raising arms or lifting, limiting my ability to participate in gym activities as well as daily activities, including sleep. I wanted to alleviate my discomfort and learn how to accomplish tasks better. I had tried stretching, hot/cold packs and naproxen without much relief. Then I sought Joe's advice and help. Joe has been great! I've worked with PTs in the past, so I have some comparisons. Joe listened carefully, did a thorough evaluation, and then worked with... read more
