Very unpleasant experience. We were charged for the contractor’s own mistakes, including drywall installed where kitchen cabinets were supposed to go. The drywall work was poor, the paid supervisor was rarely on-site, and we had to manage the project ourselves. They never took responsibility, never completed the punch list, and ordered incorrect materials while blaming us—despite us having documentation.
