Driving from Shelter Island to Manorville office today I was delayed on the ferry and late for my appointment. While arranging to make a new appointment, the staff, seeing that I drove all that way in, were able to fit me in even though I was at fault. The service was exceptional, as always and I'm very thankful that the staff was so understanding.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! I was extremely nervous, making a new dental appointment and from the moment I called their office to become a new patient it has been so easy. The staff is SO FRIENDLY!!! I highly recommend this place. If you’re feeling nervous, embarrassed, or overwhelmed with your dental care, they make you feel normal and welcome!
