I had a problem with my mouth and messaged Joanne about it. She rang me back that same afternoon and squeezed me in for an appointment on the following day. She is very gentle and I think she would be excellent with any anxious patient. Joanne and her assistant were both had a lovely, pleasant manner.
I visited Pure Dental Hygiene for the first time to get a full gum clean before getting Invisalign. I was made feel so comfortable as I informed them I was quite an anxious patient. The work carried out was excellent and I felt at ease the entire time. I am very pleased with how my gums look and was given excellent follow up advice on how to correctly use my toothbrush and floss!
Absolutely fantastic service, have already recommended to my whole family!
I could not rate this place any higher, Joanne and her team provide the best experience available, a genuine practice who put their patients first.
