Went to them for a TT fitting. What a great experience. Omar and Carolina were fantastic. High tech fitting, analytics driven and very precise. Great customer service and very responsive. Highly recommended if you need to dial in your set up.
I’m not usually the type of person who leaves reviews, but this place truly amazed me—not just because of the professionalism, but because of the wonderful people Carolina and Omar are. I traveled to Orlando for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and decided to bring my bike. Omar and Carolina were awesome! Their service was top-notch, and they were so helpful. They were really professional, too, which I appreciated. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Five stars!
