Rich is extremely knowledgeable and always there to help. He's went out of his way to get me the parts I need when I was in a bind. Great customer service!
This store is top notch, Richard is top notch and so is both the service and the work. I brought in my beat up POS '92 Trek 7000 that had a hitch in her giddyup and Richard surmised my problems, ordered the parts and had my baby back in action within a couple of hours after dropoff. I cannot express the glee I had riding my nearly brand new bike home. I forgot how nice it was to ride a well running bike. Thank you Richard. I'll be back for the rear wheel soon
