Have been a client of Pure cleaning Group for over 6 months. On the eve of one of my cleans they said they could no longer clean my home….again, notified via text message. They changed cleaners 3 times during the 9 months One of their cleaners broke a few of my things but nothing was said. Originally, they were good but gradually lost interest as time went on. Times were changed and cleans postponed numerous times.Would not recommend.
Our clients rave about the quality of the cleaning and communication is good.
I booked a deep clean of my kitchen and butlers pantry including cabinets, drawers, sinks, rangehood, stove and oven and it turned out great. Charlotte made sure the kitchen is spotless - I am very happy with the result and most likely will book them again for future cleaning jobs.
