I have hired Pure Choice to paint the exterior of a couple of HOA’s not only are they professional but they were thorough and meticulous, the owner kept us informed throughout the process and also communicated via door hangs with all of our homeowners. Nick, Julie, Saul and the rest of the Pure Choice crew have done some great work at our Granville Townhomes community. They've replaced sidewalk cement, repaired drainage and irrigation, replaced gates, repaired and rebuilt large and small stairs, repaired our unit siding, removed cement posts, enclosed, secured and lit our mailbox kiosk, installed six new dog waste stations, replaced common area doors at our pool, and yes, even painted. Pure Choice Construction was hired by our HOA to paint the exterior of our buildings. Unfortunately, this company does not hire actual painters or anyone that takes pride in their work. My front window was painted shut and shattered when trying to open. It took over 90 days to receive a reimbursement check. In addition, there is paint all over my concrete in the front and Trex deck in the back. Spots were left unpainted. Some spots aren't even the right color. Caulking gunked all over.
