I contracted with Pure Catering STL to feed a group of 125 people. The staff that came to set up were prompt and very professional. There was a second set of staff that came to serve. The food was DELICIOUS. My group enjoyed fried chicken, sweet potatoes, greens, peach cobbler and drinks. Everything was going great until one of the serving staff asked if she could make herself a plate. I made a reservation a week in advance but when we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes while they found chairs for our table. Brunch was cold when it was available and people were waiting around for the food to be brought out. We had to flag down a server to get the water pitcher refilled and when we asked for more mimosas we got straight cranberry juice! My daughter took me there for brunch. As a very picky eater, the food was surprisingly delicious. Not too salty or over seasoned. We had a great server and the variety of foods offered was very nice. Our reservations were for 11am but had to wait half hour for the food to be ready. All we had was water and those delicious Mimosas on an empty stomach. Bread on the table would have been nice.
