Wow! (We live in Mission where there are literally ZERO walk in clinics & an ER which can be closed due to lack of staff. There is an Urgent Care Clinic run by nurses & nurse practitioner(s). Often they can't prescribe or treat the issue. They promise a doctor after 4pm but this often does not happen). This clinic had walk-in appointments available, and I was able to book one online in the morning for the same day. I came from Coquitlam as every clinic I checked didn't offer walk-ins. There were people waiting when I arrived (give yourself extra time to park and find the office), but the line moved quickly; within 30 minutes I was called in. I decided to visit the Walk-In at Pure care in Maple Ridge after feeling dissatisfied with my current doctor at Primary and Urgent Care,who has been dismissive and holds on to outdated ideas.I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr.Mathew Degnan- what a breath of fresh air! He truly listened, was proactive in his approach, and I left the appointment feeling relieved and genuinely cared for.The online booking system was also a huge plus- easy, straightforward, and convenient.Highly recommend!
