I see a comment regarding cost of filling out forms. I'll keep this brief; when doctors fill out forms, they aren't paid to do so, it isn't covered by government insurance as it's not considered treatment for the patient. And so, if the government doesn't cover the expense, the cost must come from somewhere. It's not extortion. If a clinic charges less or nothing at all for a form to be filled out, that means that the doctors who are filling out the forms are doing unpaid work.

An online appointment was booked for reevaluation of an injury for return to work. They never said how much forms cost when admitted for the appointment .When it was time to get the ONE page form stamped they said it would cost 165$ CASH.We left without paying. They later phoned and said we had to pay. The manager insinuated that people hide the forms so they don't have to pay. They were aware what the appointment was for. Almost 3 years in this clinic .honestly they deserved a good reviews not only I got a awesome family doctor Latif, but they have a very nice accommodating beautiful ladies in front desk which is give inspiration to the sick people .unlike before.cheers beauties.
