We are very happy with how our new bathroom cabinets turned out! This was our first home renovation so we didn’t know what to expect going into it, and Pure Cabinets made the process very smooth and stress free. We loved being able to select the materials in-person at the showroom and it was great getting a detailed design rendering so we knew what to expect. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience I felt I had to. Communication during the email exchange to place the order was terrible. I decided to push through despite the red flags. When the pieces arrived, they were the wrong sizes. Customer service was unhelpful, and we ended up having to ask our own contractors to fix and cut the pieces ourselves. When I called to complain, they pointed to some writing in codes saying the sizes needed to be modified — something that was never once mentioned during the conversation... read more
