I used Pure Buttons for an organizational event to create keychains. I went through their website and used their own customization tool to design my order exactly to my specifications. The system gave me a digital proof and allowed me to check out seamlessly. However, when my order arrived, it looked nothing like what I designed. Ordered my buttons for SFR ( Scentsy Family Reunion) on 6/20/2025. They got them done so fast. I received them in 4 days. I paid the extra for the help & proof preview before they start the order. They look fantastic! I can't wait to hand them out. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

I called customer service for help designing personal magnets and they were able to answer all my questions and assured me the delivery time would be quick, which it was even during holiday season! Very satisfied with their customer service and the products themselves were very well done, high quality.
