Cannot recommend Pure Builders to anyone unfortunately. You pay top dollar for them (Eli, the owner) to take every possible shortcut AND provide subpar workmanship. They’ve burned all their subcontractors so only less talented/desperate subs will work on your project. I did a complete renovation of my home in 2019 and have had issues with electrical, plumbing, tiles, uneven floors, HVAC, and of course delays. When we decided to remodel our late 50's 6bed/2ba into an updated 5bed/3ba, we knew we needed to partner with a group who could handle the scale & entire process from design through finishes. We were extremely satisfied with our whole house remodel, Eli, and his team. I think the mark of a great contractor and full design+build company is in the relationships you build, communication, and ability to come together collaborate and work together towards the same desired end goal. Eli & Pure Builders are 5 stars across the board all the way through, I don't know what more you could ask for from a contractor.
