We’re rebuilding our home after the Palisades Fire and have been working with Pure Builders through the architectural and design phase. Their team has been knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and proactive about value-engineering to keep costs in check without compromising our vision. Communication has also been clear and prompt the entire time.
Eli and his Pure Builders' team did a wonderful job on our completely renovated home. We had an inspiration, and Eli and Claire (his designer) were indispensable in helping us with the design and material selections. Cannot recommend Pure Builders to anyone unfortunately. You pay top dollar for them (Eli, the owner) to take every possible shortcut AND provide subpar workmanship. They’ve burned all their subcontractors so only less talented/desperate subs will work on your project. I did a complete renovation of my home in 2019 and have had issues with electrical, plumbing, tiles, uneven floors, HVAC, and of course delays. When we decided to remodel our late 50's 6bed/2ba into an updated 5bed/3ba, we knew we needed to partner with a group who could handle the scale & entire process from design through finishes. We were extremely satisfied with our whole house remodel, Eli, and his team. There was no attempt to increase the scale of the project beyond our limits or request (which we heard a lot of in consultations with other vendors).
