I took my first yoga class this morning with Lisa and it was perfect. I have not taken yoga in 30 years and am 64 years old. She was attentive, patient, and truly embodied the yogi spirit and calm. I look forward to taking more classes here. Ashley has set up a studio that has beautiful energy and very reasonable prices! I would recommend this studio for all ages! Namaste!
