OMG. I read the reviews and despite them, purchased a Groupon for a facial & massage and hoped for the best. I had an appt. on 12/31. Kristin called about an hour before my scheduled appt. to cancel. She said she woke up sick. OK. We rescheduled for today, 1/6. I called yesterday to confirm because I still had my doubts, but was so looking forward to a relaxing facial/massage on this very cold winter day. Kristin said "all was OK". Same exact story for me as the other reviews. She wasted so much of my time making and then cancelling appointments at the last minute due to health issues. The first two times I was understanding, (and being pregnant certainly didn't want to catch anything myself!) The final time was such a ridiculous story of cancelling that I finally decided to check reviews and realized this is the way she runs her business. I spent $150 on two Groupons for Christmas gifts to give to my parents. One was for a massage and the other was for a facial and massage. My parents have scheduled these appointments three times each and been canceled on THREE TIMES EACH. This woman is literally stealing money from people by coming up with cancellation excuses as she pockets the money. Do not waste your time or money on this thief.
Good massage for a reasonable price.
