Sad, after coming in here once and having a decent experience that I decided to try and go back. There are a cluster of nail shops on this street and I forgot about this place (for good reason) until needing my nails done and being in the area. Mistake! Whoever is running this place now is rude, no customer service skills, and WAY overpricing their services. Ivy did my builder gel and wow what a fabulous experience! Finding a place that does builder gel can be hard, let alone a place that does it well. And Ivy is the best in the biz! And she is fun and personable as well, we chatted the whole time and I enjoyed every second! Will continue coming back to see her!
