Great experience. They took care of my family for a very special birthday. Nothing but fun, laughs and wine. Ivy did such an amazing job. The whole staff was great, definitely coming back

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I had such a disappointing experience I felt I should warn others. I had a 9:30am appointment for a full acrylic set, showed up on time, and was told the techs were running late and to come back in 30 mins. I did—and still had to wait another 15-20 mins. So he was basically 45 mins late almost an hour. I came to this place several times with no problems. Today I came with my own nail tips and my own tools to use and my own primer because the last time I got my nails done my nails started lifting after 5 days. The guy that was going to do my nails didn’t know or understand how to put the nail tips on or how to use the primer and kept asking me questions on what to do. If you like quality- don’t bother. All I got was a dip powder set and reg powder for 118? Dip powder set said $55 in the store but she charged me an extra ten for what reason I don’t know? I used my real nails, she didn’t cut any cuticles…what was the extra ten dollar charge for? And still tipped u $10 smh my gel looked cloudy right after I left- hours later I saw one was lifting of my nail bed/ went back.. she said my gel was fine and she’ll just put glue… excuse me???
