I’ve come to this salon a handful of times because it’s convenient. At first, I was satisfied, but over time the quality of the work has gone downhill. My polish started chipping the very next day, which shouldn’t happen after a fresh set and this would happen each time I got my nails done. I’m giving this salon 2 stars because the nail technician was friendly, but unfortunately, the quality of the work was very disappointing. My nails were filed unevenly and ended up all different lengths. The colors I wanted were not available, and the one I chose from their limited selection was an old, thick polish that went on unevenly. Honestly it looked like a child painted them. Overall, I was not happy with the result and will not be returning.

Great experience. They took care of my family for a very special birthday. Nothing but fun, laughs and wine. Ivy did such an amazing job. The whole staff was great, definitely coming back

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I had such a disappointing experience I felt I should warn others. I had a 9:30am appointment for a full acrylic set, showed up on time, and was told the techs were running late and to come back in 30 mins. I did—and still had to wait another 15-20 mins. So he was basically 45 mins late almost an hour. When the tech finally arrived, he said he couldn’t do the design I wanted because the airbrush wasn’t working—even though the design didn’t require airbrushing. I showed him a simpler de... read more
