When I first entered the salon today I was so impressed! Brooke, front desk, told me she’d been here for around two months and to say I was impressed by her customer service skills would be an understatement!!!! Plus, the salon was so aesthetically pleasing. The products are fabulous and very different (in a good way). Also, there were good chocolates and packaged cookies and a great coffee to boot. My fiancée had to cancel an appointment due to illness; to give 12 hours notice, she would have had to have foreknowledge of an illness. Couldn’t even reach anyone on the phone 2 hours in advance, had to leave a message. I disgusted by a ridiculous cancellation fee, especially for a “salon” that accepts walk-ins. I’m positive this attitude toward customer service would have been evident in the work done as well. Do not recommend

I had a pedicure with Michelle this past week and it was truly well needed. My feet feel so much better than they ever did. The staff there are very kind and they provide such a positive environment. I can’t wait to come back again soon :) highly recommend pure bliss to anybody

I cannot say anything positive about this establishment or lack thereof, $380+ and my hair was ruined and falling out in chunks literally chunks of hair and had so much breakage! I had a manicure done as well, and she nipped my cuticles and made them bleed on 4 fingers. I left and cried the entire way home. This place should truly be out of business.
