This is a scam. They are no longer at the Foundry address haven't been since September and you can't reach them by phone. After almost a month I still dont have a correct gift certicate. Supposedly they moved but I ask for new address and correct phone number and corrected certicate. I still have no new address, phone number or certicate that is useable. Don't buy this and lose your money .
No response to phone calls don’t buy
This place is a joke. I should have read all the reviews before scheduling an appointment. The appointment gets cancelled an hour before your appointment. No where to leave a voicemail.
Came here for a hydrafacial today and had a great experience!! Dorene was wonderful—informative, attentive, and super careful w my face and I loved my results so much. If you are having trouble finding the location it’s in the indoor Foundry part of Liberty Mall, then inside the Elevate suites which are across from Build-a-Bear on 2nd floor.
I CANNOT recommend this place enough!! I booked a headSpa and a hydro facial for my mother’s 60th birthday. When we arrived they had beautiful balloons and flowers waiting on her. They treated her like gold and my mother was so happy and relaxed! Kind, caring my mother loved every minute. If you see them on group just take a screenshot shot of the price don’t buy it. Groupon takes 50%!
