While our initial experience was very disappointing and ultimately required Haylee to have extensive corrective color work done at another salon, I also believe it’s important to recognize when a business takes responsibility. The owner took the time to meet with us in person, listened to our concerns without being dismissive, reviewed the documentation we provided, and worked with us to reach a fair resolution. I went to Pure Beauty Salon this past Friday, June 12. Taysha Was my stylist. She was great. She was very knowledgeable and spent time talking to me for quite a while before we actually got my hair washed and she started cutting it.
