I went in for highlights to start blending my gray and brightening it up and a haircut. I sat down in the chair at 11:00 and was finished by 3:30. My hair does not even hit my shoulders, so I did not have alot of hair. It took forever - every step! I am assuming the young lady was a new stylist. Because she was asking for alot of guidance. I have visited the Pure Beauty Salon at least three times., Every single time has been absolutely perfect in my book. Number one , the salon is extremely clean and relaxing and spacious It’s very inviting. I really enjoy their stylists , They are all very friendly,, personable, and carry on good conversations with you, but are very knowledgeable when it comes to cutting your hair or doing whatever it is you want them to do like a haircut and blow dry, etc…and don’t let conversations keep them from doing professional work. This is a real review, and the name you seizure is a name that I use when I review. I know that the stylists That Did my hair knew who I am personally, because I asked them if they saw my review. So they know what name I review under. I went to this beauty salon three times. I Enjoyed all three times equally. Updating my original review after meeting with the owner. While our initial experience was very disappointing and ultimately required Haylee to have extensive corrective color work done at another salon, I also believe it’s important to recognize when a business takes responsibility. The owner took the time to meet with us in person, listened to our concerns without being dismissive, reviewed the documentation we provided, and worked with us to reach a fair resolution.
