I am new to the area and booked what I believed was a neck microneedling service after seeing it listed on the salon’s website as “Neck Microneedling – Add On” for $150. As a new client, this appeared to mean I could book this service individually. Great experience overall. The space was clean, welcoming, and very professional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit and was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for quality aesthetic services.
I would like to share that I was a witness to a confuse customer this morning, I would understand her disappointment that she had made an appointment just last night, but was unaware of the procedure that she wanted just a partial procedure done and to get the partial add-on you had to have a complete procedure for the Reason of the product cost, So when I take my car in and get my car washed and then I turn around and say well I want my tires shined also that would be an added cost because they were already doing the job So... read more
