They have free trial classes on certain evenings. The classes are challenging are rewarding. The teachers and staff and encouraging and friendly. And the facilities are clean and safe.

Came for a 30-minute trial class. My first time doing barre exercises and it was really fun. Kendra was an energetic instructor, giving constructive feedback and gentle corrections on technique throughout the class. Positive atmosphere with ladies of all ages. Organized and clean little studio. Still unsure if I'll join bc I live a little far, but if you live nearby it's a solid choice. The intro of 10 classes at $15 each is such good deal.
I’ve been coming here since January of 2023, and came throughout my pregnancy. Their teachers are fantastic (special shoutouts to Kendra, Andrea, Amanda and Jaime) and the music is great to help you push yourself. I loved how they support modifications regardless of your fitness level, and I will say sticking with them up until a few days before my delivery made labor easier! Their classes have been vital to my post partum recovery and return to fitness, too.
