So sad that I just got off the phone with you all regarding a free into Engage class. I am in town visiting my family where I grew up as I often do. I have been taking classic classes for many years and was excited to push myself to finally try a new different class. I really like that I'm not clearly attached to days and times. I go when it's convenient for me and I have time and energy for it
Everything was perfect from start to finish.
My friend and I took a Classic class while in town for a wedding. The studio was incredibly clean and the instructor and front desk staff were so welcoming. We immediately felt at home while visiting the studio. The quality of instruction during class was excellent. The teacher (Gabby) was knowledgeable, attentive and challenged us to work hard during class!
Such a small-movement workout but wow—my muscles were shaking! Barre looks graceful, but it burns in the best way. It really targets those deep muscles you didn’t even know existed. I felt strong, focused, and a little sore (in a good way). Definitely a mix of ballet, pilates, and strength. I’ll be back for more!
