Terrible customer services. Regretted walking into this business this morning
This is my 3rd time visiting this Pure Barre Studio and I have to say it feels like it’s my home location. The instructors, the staff, and the members are all so welcoming. The knowledge of the instructors is like no other. (Megan you’re 🔥) No matter your level of fitness, Pure Barre is for everyone! And I mean EVERYONE!! Modifications are always available as well as leveling up to your deepest burn. A must try!! Lift⬆️ Tone💪🏼 Burn🔥
This place was outrageously rude to my mother who was new to this. Making feel people unaccepted for being new and judging whether or not they’re having a good time based off of people’s facial expressions. I have never heard of this before. Making women feel awful for not looking like they are having a good time ? I didn’t know exercise was supposed to be fun. One of the worst studios I’ve ever been! I came today they even didn’t open the door after I was 2 min late. I admit being late is not appropriate but not having reception persons and do not open the door at the studio even worst!! Also classes are not that great
