Please please please don't ever sign up for one of their free classes. I swear to God I get about 7 phone calls a day from one of these locations. If they are that desperate to get someone into the studios, they shouldn't have opened up so many. This is why I won't ever go back. Ever!!!! I don't like people blowing up my phone and it's always when I'm trying to nap before work
Great class with good energy and lots of accommodations for those of us who aren’t in top shape.
The first class is usually free, I guess, and the actual class was fine. However, I regret ever signing up for that class because I’ve gotten nothing but almost daily spam calls and emails from this establishment BEGGING me to come back for another class, and I’m sorry, but that’s not how you earn business. Constant calling and emailing will do nothing but annoy the people you are trying to get patronage from. If people want to come back, they will.
Checked out the free foundations class -never did any Barre fitness before. Already in love with this type of workout!! It’s challenging and you can really feel your muscles working. Can’t wait to go back!!
