Obsessed with Pure Barre – the tiny movements burn in the best way, and I love how strong and toned I feel after every class. Low-impact, full-body, and such a good vibe. Been hooked for over a year now!
Pure Barre is awesome! It has been a great way for me to get back into exercising regularly. All the staff and instructors are so nice and helpful!
I always have a great workout at PureBarre Newport News. Each format is challenging, but in a good way. If you want a good cardio workout, Empower is the way to go. If you want to work on definition, you'll love Define! It utilizes free weights up to 20lbs. The Classic format is a good one, too, in that you get an all-over workout. I have been working out at Pure Barre NN since it opened (minus taking a year off for a high risk pregnancy during covid). I have thoroughly enjoyed it and it has kept me fit to continue with a very physical job. Everyone is friendly and welcoming creating a really nice community of women.
