I attend to keep my body in the best shape for better health even as a Senior. The exercises work all areas of your body. The studio is small and the staff are friendly also knowledgeable and helpful. Keep moving while you can.

Obsessed with Pure Barre – the tiny movements burn in the best way, and I love how strong and toned I feel after every class. Low-impact, full-body, and such a good vibe. Been hooked for over a year now!
