Almost reached my 500th class. Pure barre keeps me motivated.
Two years ago, being someone who hated stepping foot in a gym, I decided to give Pure Barre a try. I've been taking classes five times a week ever since! Love the variety of classes and I truly feel stronger than ever!
As A 67 y/o female I can’t begin to tell you how Barre has impacted my life. It is focusing on balance and preparing me for my senior years. It a clean facility which is very important to me since it is a fitness place. The instructors are knowledgeable as well as helpful. They are exceptional and provide modifications that I need.
