As A 67 y/o female I can’t begin to tell you how Barre has impacted my life. It is focusing on balance and preparing me for my senior years. It a clean facility which is very important to me since it is a fitness place. The instructors are knowledgeable as well as helpful. They are exceptional and provide modifications that I need. Love Pure Barre workouts! Love all classes formats, align, define, classic, and empower. And the teachers are the best!
Have been a member for a year and right now being addictive. The instructors are professional. The room is sanitized and clean. Everyone is very nice to work with and talk through. Enjoy it every time.
