My experience trying to cancel my membership has been incredibly frustrating. I was given conflicting information, told the decision rested with corporate when it actually didn't, and generally made to feel like my time wasn't valued. I am an avid Pure Barre and Cycle Bar fan. Pure Barre is a low impact workout that is effective for all fitness levels. The class is fast paced and keeps you on your toes (literally and figuratively). The teachers are clear and motivating, the classmates are friendly and welcoming.
