Pure Barre provides a wonderful workout in a clean, professional environment. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a total body workout: classic ballet barrework centered, yoga-like, cardio or weight based!
I’ve been to multiple Pure Barre locations both in central and south Florida and this one has become my permanent location and for good reason. I can truthfully say I’ve never had a negative experience at this studio. The instructors are beyond kind and so attentive during classes, taking the time to make sure you get the best workout possible.
