I’m currently a member at a Pure Barre studio in Virginia, and I recently set my mom up for classes at the Fayetteville location. I spoke with the owner beforehand—she was incredibly helpful, guided my mom through the app setup, and even taught the Engage class my mom attended. The personal support made a big difference. Um they don’t answer the phone. I’ve called 3+ times since yesterday. I’m a member from out of state visiting and keep calling to inquire about signing my mom up for engage & also dropping in…but I guess not lol. Taking my service elsewhere in Fayetteville.
I took the intro class which I didn’t find out til I got there is a mash up of all their classes in 30 mins. The instructor gave very vague instructions for beginners. Her mic and the music was at the same volume so you couldn’t hear her well. Our backs were to the mirrors most of the time so couldn’t even see her to follow the instructions. There was no flow to the class so it felt very chaotic. The floors are carpet and they did not clean them in between classes so very unhygienic studio.
