Oh my God. I tried my first ever barre class here. It was their Engage class. I swear 5 seconds in, I was SHAKING. I didn’t know what to expect but it was amazing. They helped me check in, get all my equipment, etc. The instructor was great! She definitely recognized I was new to barre 😂 so she came over next to me to help show me how to do it without being super obvious to everyone else. The class was full but everyone was so nice! We haven’t taken the class yet, but already they are being great! They have sent information about what to wear and what to expect, which is always nice when trying something new! They have been excellent communicators as well, which is always appreciated!!
My experience has been really positive. I love all the encouragement and follow up. The teaching has been great, and the content really pushes me to grow.
The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely takes the time to get to know you. I really appreciate the wide range of class times—it’s been a game changer for my unpredictable work schedule. They also host lots of events and special classes that make it easy to connect with others. One of my favorite moments was getting to bring my dad to class with me!
