The class was intense, but so worth it! The instructor was also very nice and helpful. She took the time to ask about my experience after the session was over.
I went to pure barre in southhaven. Amber was my instructor she did a really great job at cueing me through exercises and making me feel comfortable . Definitely will go back !!!!
