I have been coming here since 2021 when it opened. This is not just an exercise class, it's a community of strong and positive women! The classes are full of gentle guidance, proper healthy stretching after each key area is targeted, and powerful rewards can be seen in a short time. The classes are dynamic and varied, and the instructors are AMAZING!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about my Pure Barre studio.
The environment is so nice and welcoming. The instructors are great and helpful. Classes are challenging, but do-able. I always feel stronger and better after each class.

All of the instructors as well as the owner are very personable and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions you have about your workout, your form, etc. I am a Pilates convert in this workout is much more intense and I am seeing better results!
I had a great experience for the beginner 30 minute class with Channing. The owner Jackie and her team were so welcoming and accommodating of the fact I was passing through town-if I lived in OKC, I would undoubtedly be getting a membership with their studio!
