Great place, amazing teachers, the best workout. I just love it !
An incredible workout that teaches you how small movements with the mind/body connection can make a tremendous difference and give results. Great for cross training, easily modified for injuries - I can't recommend Pure Barre enough if you're looking to try something new! Also, the team and management are fantastic!
