Great exercise. Love the classes. The instructors are so nice and helpful.
Great place to work out! BUT as long as you don’t have to cancel, I spoke the person upfront he reassured me that nothing else was needed, my membership had been canceled. To my surprise I was charged another month. I inquired about the charge and Natalie informed me that my cancellation notice had to be in writing, Who knew? Apparently not the employee, was he not properly trained? I wonder… So why charge the customer? No refund was issued but their problem solving strategy was to penalize the customer, makes sense? The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help! The location couldn't be better, and I absolutely adore their fitness barre classes – they’re such a fun way to stay active!
I had the BEST experience at Pure Barre Lake Nona! I took class with Kirsten and she was incredible—so motivating, clear, and full of great energy. The studio itself is beautiful: super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. I was also really impressed by their retail selection—tons of cute options! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming, and even the members made me feel right at home. You can really tell there’s a strong, supportive community here. I’ll definitely be back!
