Niki is an incredible Pure Barre instructor! She creates such a welcoming and positive environment while still challenging you to push yourself. Her cues are clear, she's attentive to form, and she always knows how to motivate the room without making it feel intimidating. Every class is thoughtfully planned, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping everyone get stronger and more confident. I always leave feeling energized and accomplished. If you have the chance to take one of Niki's classes, I highly recommend it!
Pure Barre EG has been an excellent addition to my workout routine. Just after 7 classes, I have noted a positive change in my physical and mental well being. I highly recommend.
