Pure Barre has totally transformed my body! I was a runner before and got trapped in a vicious cycle of running and then having to eat because I was so hungry from running and then having to run because I ate so much food! With Pure Barre, I am so lean and absolutely healthy and can eat reasonably. 1000% recommendation!
The instructors are great. They make you push yourself. The classes are demanding but fun! Everyone is encouraged to”listen to your body” and challenged to get the most out of your workout!

Pure Barre has been such a great addition to my workout routine! After 750+ classes over the last 3-4 years I can honestly say that it doesn’t get any easier.
