I love that the staff learns everyone’s names, and the instructors are top notch. Barre is great for your body and mind. The workout is sufficiently challenging but doable, which allows for consistency and results (toning, posture, flexibility). Multiple class formats (from Define to Align). Positive, welcoming energy here.
