The coaches are all amazing and kind. The classes are hard but rewarding. And it's impossible to get bored as the choreography changes every couple of weeks. But, what I like the most, is the community that Lizelle and her team create at her studio. It's my safe place and where I go to focus on my fitness goals and stay away from the chaos.
I love Pure Barre Redmond because of the environment. The instructors care about their clients. They enjoy what they are doing and it shows! I started barre defeated, overweight and in perimenopause. I am now where I want to be because of barre and the community of people there!
Great place to get started. Made me feel welcome as a beginner, and as of the only (most classes, only) guy in the class. Great for your balance, core and thighs. Definite recommend.

I’ve been coming here since shortly after 2021 and absolutely love the vibe, the teachers, and the community. There are multiple classes I enjoy, and the inspiring staff make it easy to stay motivated. With so many class options, I can always find something that fits into my schedule—whether it’s before work, during lunch, or in the evening. This place keeps me strong and moving the way I should.
