Out of the blue they changed their schedule of classes so I could not attend them anymore and refused to let me cancel my membership until I paid for another 30 days that I could not attend. Do NOT do a membership here. They do not always offer enough class time options. Within the last month, two friends of mine—both of whom joined Pure Barre because of my recommendation—have separately shared the same concerns about the newer instructor, Kayli. Without knowing the other had the same experience, they both described her as dismissive and unfriendly, noting that she doesn’t greet clients, engage with the class, or provide form corrections during workouts. I honestly give this place a 3 star. I had a good time here and it definitely works.. but I had an emergency surgery this month, and once I had it, I told them to cancel my plan, because I literally cant get out of bed for a month or two, or probably longer. Since I wasnt able to be here mentally for a lot of things, once I was able too I saw my phone and they called me about 30 times for a payment when I told them to cancel it.
