Impossible to cancel from this place. I reached out to them in early December to cancel. I didn’t get a response until January and was told my membership was canceled. They then charged me again in January and February. I finally received an official cancellation email on Feb 13 and then was told I still have to pay $114 without an explanation. I still haven’t received a refund for the $89 charge on February 11.
