Definitely a great regimen to get you toned. I'd recommend if you are looking for low impact on joints etc. A great complement to other exercise programs, if it's within your budget.

I tried Pure Barre for the first time last week and loved it! The instructor was so informative and friendly! I really loved the attention that was given to my form and the class options available. It’s been a while since I’ve done barre and I’m so excited to get back into it at Pure Barre!
