This studio is amazing! Not only are the instructors all very knowledgeable and great at leading classes, but they also genuinely care about every member. The community aspect of being a member at Pure Barre Park Ridge is really what makes this place special-- I feel celebrated and supported for my progress here. I first started barre because I was dealing with aches and pains throughout my body. Since moving, I’ve tried many different types of barre workouts, and it’s probably been close to ten years now. As I’ve gotten older, I realized how important strength and resistance-based exercise is, and barre has truly been one of the best forms of exercise for me. I’ve been doing Pure Barre classes and I honestly love it. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and I always leave feeling stronger and energized. The instructors are so supportive, motivating, and make everyone feel welcome no matter their fitness level. The atmosphere is positive, uplifting, and something I genuinely look forward to every week. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a fun workout that really works!
