As a runner who enjoys running half and full marathons, I use a variety of exercises to train my body for running. Earlier this year, after a full marathon, I struggled with foot and knee pain, which led me to start barre. The General Manager, Lauren re-introduced me into Pure Barre and I sign up after taking the Pure Barre Engage class with her. I just finished my first 10 classes in 30 days and received a free pair of sticky socks. I took Pure Barre 9 years ago in Ashburn, VA and I'm so glad to get back into it with the Leesburg Studio.
