I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and I love it! The instructors are great and always helpful with questions. I also love the various events they put together.
Love the Belmar Pure Barre location! The instructors and front desk are friendly and I love the music, energy, and fun, low impact workouts. People of all ages attend, which shows it's super fun! If you're scared go try barre and afraid it's going to be ridiculously hard, try a more low key, slower Align class first
I haven’t been as consistent coming to barre classes but it’s a great workout! Who would’ve thought pelvic tucks and micro movements would kick you butt! I am not a dancer or that flexible, and am on the heavier side (usually the biggest in the class which makes me a little self conscious), but the instructors have been so welcoming and helpful in providing modifications and will assist in deeper stretches and if you aren’t doing a movement quite right. Kayla was a great instructor!
