I’m glad I took a chance on this Barre location amongst many other great options. I’ve been hopping around to try out places and Pure Barre won for me. After the first free class, they sit down and explain membership conditions and how their system works. It felt transparent and I felt Zero pressure to continue to sign up. I have been enjoying my barre classes ! Unfortunately , this studio will not allow me into a class because I was EXACTLY one minute late to class . The studio policy says 5 minutes grace period . I only needed the extra mine to park , it’s a busy area here . Paid for childcare so I can get this hour for myself . There is not much equipment needed for this class and I can’t see why 1 minute was an issue .
They market and upsell greatly but no comms abt late policy - they just close the door and instructor doesnt care after that! I showed up a min late for the Define class scheduled at 4.15pm today. when I tried to open the door to the studio it was locked hence tried to get the folks’ inside attention and when they informed the instructor (Jaclyn) they dint show the courtesy to let me know anything.
