I love to hate these challenging music driven classes. The staff are all unique and amazing in their own comfortable way. Completed a 100 classes in less then a year. I am a very happy member! Go Des Peres🧨
Great but pricey!
I love everything about Pure Barre. From the energy and music to the mindfulness and skillful guidance by the instructors. Pure barre is my happy place!
It is a great work out to become and stay "long and lean." The recent addition of heavier weights is the perfect thing to help me maintain muscle mass as I get older. I can't say enough good things about this place.
