This Pure Barre studio has helped me to work out consistently for over a year for the first time in my entire life. You always leave feeling accomplished and full of either peace or energy, depending on the class format. The helpful and motivating instructors (all of them are great!) make this place what it is, a gem.
Give it a try! I have wanted to try but been hesitate on fitness level to participate. I had a friend invite me and only regret was waiting this long. Shoutout to Netasha! She was an amazing instructor, comforting, high energy, and she will challenge you to help perfect form and your ability. Looking forward to more classes and joining this welcoming community.
Alice (Allie) is very energetic and motivating and teaches a great class. She provides great instruction, modeling and hands on corrections to help me get the best workout. Allie and all the instructors at Pure Barre Kennesaw have changed the way I approach working out. For the first time in my life I found something that I love doing and every class challenges me.
