I never thought I would enjoy working out so much. With my back and knee problems, it’s been challenging to find a workout program that I can actually complete and continue to challenge myself. The studio is full of people who are supportive from the staff, teachers, owner to the other members. I love how adaptable the workout is for all levels. I love to see the definition in my muscles and to celebrate the small success together.
I absolutely LOVE these classes! They are building my strength and confidence all in one!
