I love the instructors. They bring get energy to the classes. I love that they give alternatives if you cannot do a particular movement. They correct form so you’re dong it right and not hurting yourself. The instructors and staff are friendly, helpful and supportive. It’s a great atmosphere and highly recommended!!
I love Pure Barre! I'm someone who needs direction when working out, and this is the perfect way to get it. I have definitely noticed a difference in my strength and flexibility since starting, and I feel better and more motivated overall. The hands on help from the instructors is so helpful and ensures you're working out with proper form to not hurt yourself. Plus everyone is so so nice!! It's such a great place to work out!
The Sparta Pure Barre space is clean, the instructors are encouraging, the exercises are always changing and challenging. A great vibe for a studio!

I have been taking almost only Yoga for several years now and wanted something a little different. I love this workout as I feel it is a full body strengthening experience with pumping music, friendly instructors, and solid workout routines. The studio is clean as well as the bathroom. An excellent vibe I love it there.
